I’ve been playing Plunkbat whenever I have free time. I came so close to my first chicken dinner yesterday! 4th fucking place.
I’ve been watching a ton of WackyJacky101, which has helped my game incredibly. (Started watching his videos about a week~ ago) He goes incredibly in depth to all the different mechanics in the game. Offers tips on his optimal setup for mouse sensitivity (which I used as a baseline to set up as optimal for me) and tips on practicing your aim.
Then he goes in depth about bullet drop, how to aim using scope at different distances, rangefinding with a scope, zeroing (haven’t seen that video yet), spotting enemies, optimal FOV and graphics settings, player-environment contrast, and more. With these videos, I’ve been regularly getting 3+ kills in a game lately, whereas I was generally getting 0-1 for the majority of games prior to discovering his videos.
This is the first time I can think of that I’ve sat down and watched videos on YouTube to help myself improve at a game beyond just the basics. I’m still not a star player or anything, but damn, I’ve learned a lot about how Plunkbat in general works. I am now consistently finishing top 15+ every game. If you’re interested in seriously improving your PUBG game, check him out. (I still doubt I’m gonna get that chicken dinner, but we’ll see.)
