I kept trying to switch from MediaMonkey to MusicBee and despite MusicBee seeming great, there were always tiny little roadblocks to what I wanted to do.
MediaMonkey also had its own, but maybe I was more used to those.
That said, MediaMonkey hasn’t really updated its UI in a decade, and it probably doesn’t matter that much these days as I just use Spotify for everything.
As for me, I was recently listening to (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? by Oasis, for the first time in at least a decade. To my slight surprise, it actually still holds up really well.
Despite having the album on my PC, I was listening to it through Spotify because… well, I don’t really know why. I guess it’s because on Spotify I can search for anything, and it’ll play it whether or not I have it. It’s a single source for all things music.
It’s kinda a shame, because I spent ages building up my mp3 library back in the day.
