Wow, I’m very happy with that list. I need to dive back into TW1 apparently, it’s awesome that they fixed a lot of that stuff. It does suck they didn’t change sieges, at least in regards to the towers. I like the system overall, but I still don’t understand the rationale behind the infinite range towers, and it kind of forces you to rush things which I don’t love. I plan on probably using Radious with TW2, which iirc does something about the towers anyway, still just a mind boggling decision to me though.
I’m just about giving up hope of them releasing a DLC race pack at a discount too, I’ll have to grab at least wood elves if they’re ever on a decent sale. I’m not sure I’d really need beastmen or Norsca, but the wood elves looked pretty damn fun.
Very minor, but sieges reminded me, in TW1 you couldn’t initiate a siege battle unless you built some sort of siege equipment, even if you had units capable of breaking down gates. They didn’t change that did they? Again, kind of minor, but when Mr Vargulf was ready for some gate bashing but had to wait for me build a stupid ram that I wasn’t going to use anyway it was annoying.
