For what it’s worth, I’ve got an Asus DSL-AC68U (Which appears to be the DSL version of the predecessor to the RT68P, which is recommended in a couple of places), and am pretty impressed. There’s a massive difference between that and the ISP-provided junk I had before, in terms of speed, reliability, features (I’ve got a separate NAS, but really the Router could happily do that job if I had an external HDD lying around) - and when you’re connection is not great (13/0.3-0.4, the QoS is a godsend for when more than one person is using it the net at once).
