Having problems with the way the site is working (or not working) for you? posts not showing where they should be, links that are not working, etc?
Issues with supporter program
- Please write an email to contact@rockpapershotgun.com explaining the nature of the problem; make sure to pick a descriptive subject; for problems with the supporter program, also provide the username with which you’re accessing the RPS main site/Wordpress (which may be different from your forum nickname).
Issues with advertisements
- For ads that do not seem consistent with RPS’s image and ethos, offensive, etc, or which are causing problems with your computer/browser, please write an email to contact@rockpapershotgun.com; make sure to pick a descriptive subject. Please also provide the IP address of the device you’re seeing the problematic ads on. If you don’t know what an IP address is, or how to find it, click here: copy paste the sequence of numbers following the “Your IP address is” text.
