In case you can still return the other wheel, the G29 supports reducing the lock, though I don’t remember what the minimum value is.
Some competitive racers set theirs to 240, regardless of the car, for increased steering responsiveness.
Probably 180 should be doable,
but I’m not sure it is used by any real car (on second thought the MRT5 only uses 180 though it’s not truly a car), and I would expect it to be a touch too sensitive for unaided steering.
I think you should be able to work with 240 degrees, and possibly more, even with one hand only, the ends of the range are typically only used for maneuvering and drifting.
