It’s a really nice touch that we get to keep all our tables in the new version though. Somehow I doubt the new one will be free though, at least to start with. Will have to wait and see.

Yeah you see that’s why I’d be happy to pay for the core game with it’s new modes, etc as all the tables I own are coming with me.

That sucks, I remember one of the South Park tables being good. At least the Portal table will go across, that’s probably my favourite. Played it for the first time in ages a couple of days ago.

Since I believe I’m now allowed to speak about it, I can tell you that I quite liked what I saw in the FX3 beta. I’m not an expert on the actual game mechanics, but stuff like the tournaments implemented essentially what we were doing here on a much simpler basis. Can’t wait to try it out

FX3 is out now, is free and all your tables that are being ported over seem to be ready to roll right now.

Loaded it up, the talking through the menus and upgrade voice is very annoying indeed.

But at least for a short time I can convince myself I’m not completely crap at pinball.

I’m not sure how you guys can find it though, I set it to private and it has the following password:

I suggest you guys try it out, so we can see how it actually works
The test tournament lasts 7 days and it’s on the Sorcerers Lair table (what else?)

I’m in! Great that they’ve given the base game for free, and let us keep our tables. Perhaps announce the tournament on the Steam group to catch anyone who doesn’t frequent the forum much any more?

Huh, I just finished a game but it didn’t seem to put me on the leaderboard. Account and level stuff is rather glitchy for me right now, as in it keeps resetting my progress.
