Sorceror’s Lair is far and away the easiest table, I think - I haven’t played absolutely all of them but like I said above:
It has two chances to trigger a multiball (pretty sure most other tables only have the one, or at least just one obvious one), and you don’t have to do anything especially difficult to open either one (the first needs a very simple aimed shot then a moderately difficult one, the second needs repeated aimed shots but it’s pretty easy just to get them at random whacking the ball around the playing field). Once you get a multiball going, again, this is a table where you can just concentrate on keeping the balls in play and still get quite a few points.
It’s pretty easy to trigger the missions just by randomly firing the ball around, and if you can’t beat the missions, it’s fairly easy just to wait out the clock on them. None of them do anything especially crazy with the ball, none of them need you to do insane trick shots or anything like that, none of them are very long, and several of them won’t take a life off if you lose the ball - two of them use hidden mini-tables and one of them a 2D tilting maze, and if you fail these you’re just dumped back on the main table.
Unless you really go absolutely nuts there’s not much you can do to speed the ball up to uncontrollable levels or anything like that, and very few of the obstacles or ramps will fire really tough returns back at you if you can’t make the shot. The only tricky bit is very occasionally the bumpers over on the left will dump your ball out of play for what seems like no reason at all, but unlike most of the other tables there are very few times you have to remember “No, don’t hit the ball like this, or chances are it’ll bounce out of reach and I won’t be able to stop it draining”.
EDIT: trumpet, man, jeez. That’s my first “How did they do that?”, I think - if you can break 10 million on Pasha I’m not sure why you haven’t beaten me at everything else. Ugh. That table frustrates me. Broke 40 million on World War Hulk, though - finally beat Evacuate Manhattan - and 18 million or so on Fear Itself - beat the Serpent, wheee! But I have to admit that was pure luck, just three good bounces in the minigame in a row.
