The 2060 should be OK for 1080p for the time being (some optimist apparently thought it was a budget 1440p card), although it’s only 6 GB of RAM. There was talk of an 8 GB model coming.
The 5700/XT is also good and more or less on par with the regular 2070.
I’m not completely up-to-date with the pricing before the pandemic, however we’re probably talking more like 350 Euros or more.
If you can’t stretch your budget, nVidia also released the GTX 1660 last year, which is an attempt to make up for the lack of an RTX 2050. Despite the numbering it’s Turing silicon, lacks the ray-tracing capabilities of the RTX series which is unlikely to be a problem.
An alternative would be of course the 5600/XT.
It might not be the greatest time to buy GPUs both because of COVID19, and also the hardware cycle as new consoles are nearing release, as well as new graphics processors - assuming life resumes sooner rather than later.
