I got it end of Jan because of a localized overstock combined with a desire to test it on 40-somethings (according to the documents I had to sign lol) and me having asthma. My experience was not entirely dissimilar. Also AZ vaccine.
First 9 hours - No real symptoms, just felt a bit weird briefly a couple of times.
9-18 hours - Extreme flu-like symptoms, ridiculous chills and and to a lesser extent fevers, bones hurting in the way that indicates hardcore immune system engagement, some joint pain but really the chills were so extreme they were the dominant memory. I couldn’t do anything (including sleep).
18-36 hours - More mild flu-like symptoms, chills mostly gone, lots of joints aching and feeling tired.
36-48 hours and a bit afterwards - Symptoms wind down.
My arm didn’t hurt at all unless I pressed on the injection site. I think that’s more to do with the precise location of the injection and the smoothness of the injection itself, so kind of a matter of luck.
My wife and a friend who also have had it had very similar symptoms to me (i.e. more extreme initial reaction) and the only thing we have in common is type O blood. A co-worker had less severe symptoms and a much hurtier arm like you I note.
Likewise disappointing lack of being filled with magical 5G nanites. Would definitely recommend anyone going to have it be prepared for the possibility that they may have to take a couple of days off work. I got it on a Friday so it took out my weekend but as I really wasn’t anticipating that, that was good.
