I see this thread isn’t touched mush but ill give it a go anyways. From the states, I go by Zero, or Szero, whatever really as long as i can tell. I have like, super recently, gotten into pc gamin in general, with my first AAA title game being DOOM (I’m loving it so far!).

Anyways i doubt anyone read this but the next guy to post below me, so I just smooth myself in with the crowd here and hopefully I like what I see.

Hi all! I’m rizzy from Germany. As I am a regular reader of RPS I figured I could also register for the forums and maybe participate a bit. I work as a software engineer and my gaming interests are far too varied to put down a comprehensive list.
However, at the moment I’m mostly playing Hitman, Stardew Valley and Star Trek Online and I am looking really forward to No Man’s Sky - which sadly has been postponed just now.

Hard to say exactly which game I started with on PC but the few that spring to mind are the original Runescape (RSC as it would later be known), Diablo 2 (all time fav) and Counter Strike.

I’m Target Practice, aka TeePee aka Jason.

I’ve been playing games for many many years, but started on PC at around the age of 10-11, falling in love with Ultimate Doom…

Since then, I’ve been playing bits and pieces of everything - I tend to burn bright and fast with games - playing it to death for a few weeks or a month before burning out.

Recently, I’ve spent most of my time in Rocket League (I’m still not very good!), but in the recent past I’ve played a lot of TF2, DayZ and GTA V.

I’m currently running a much-loved rig that’s rapidly approaching end of life - the GTX 670 has been an absolute workhorse, but is finally starting to creak, so I’m waiting patiently for the price to drop a little on the 1070 before I take the plunge on a new machine - I’m firmly in the habit of buying a near-top-of-the-line card when upgrading and then running it until it just can’t handle things any more, rather than upgrading to the next series up every 12-18 months.

Hi there! I once used to be president of the EU, but since this didn’t fulfill me I promoted myself to a sewage plant gourmet. Unfortunately this didn’t worked out as I had imagined and so I continued as a toilet deep sea diver. All of these jobs had in common that most of the time I was reading RPS during worktime. Now I’ve been fired and can spent all day reading RPS!

If I don’t read RPS then I’m spending my time in a funny office doing boring IT things while I’m looking forward to getting home and spending some quality time with my daughter and wifey. If they have enough of me I’ll rock my PC round about 2.5 minutes until I fall asleep. Poor me.

I’ve been lurking for quite long on the RPS forum and website, so I thought, well, maybe it’s time to introduce myself…I’m mainly a pc gamer, but I have a (very very) crappy computer, so that’s mainly old games for me, even though some of my friends sometimes has mercy, so I can play some more…modern games. I’m mainly interested in RPGs and RTSs, with a profound hatred towards FPS. Make of that what you want…
