That’s lenient of them, although that is how I’ve found them to be so far. No complaints.
The new Humble Monthly bundle is up, this time it’s Yakuza Kiwami, SoulCalibur VI, and My Time at Portia, plus the usual perks (more games at beginning of next month, access to the free Humble Trove collection of DRM-free games, and up to 20% off on purchases in their store).
As I guess we’ll all know, Humble Monthly subscriptions are set to change before the end of this year, introducing a few tiers with different pricings for different options. The current subscription will become the “Classic Plan,” but will be available only to existing subscribers when the change rolls out, not to any new subscribers after. It will be lost if you ever unsubscribe, however you will have the option to pause your subscription indefinitely (at least, as it is claimed now).
RPS did a write-up on it here, and there is also a Humble FAQ on it.
Anyway, I’m glad to find occasion in this month’s offering to sign up again. As noted, the change was announced to come around before end of this year, making this December bundle logically the last eligible one to resubscribe under the old system. Humble have suggested subscribing to their newsletter should keep you informed before the change will occur. Mind you, neither of which I can be sure of.
