Nothing about Watchdogs 3 was “straight-faced”. Did you see the same trailer I posted? They had a granny shuffling along capping pigs with a Desert Eagle! They had a dude drone-surfing. The whole thing was pretty silly and jolly and fun.

You want straight-faced, there’s tons of it out there, but not in this. CP2077 was vastly more “straight-faced” too, so that’s a particularly strange comparison.
If it’s switch flip between those two, then P&P is closer to how most Londoners actually speak. Especially as cockney accents - and I say this as someone who is technically a cockney - have been marginalized to the point of near-non-existence in the last few decades. And fucking Dyck van Dyke mockney is just terrible.
All you have to do to fix it is hire English voice actors, which is really easy, because they’re both cheaper than US or even Canadian voice actors, and perfectly available. I mean, if the Dragon Age series can manage it, I’m not sure what a game actually about Britain’s excuse is!
