I would agree with all of Kiril’s suggestions.
I dunno how old your son is, but as Jurassic World is a 12, I presume under that and I assume children today are, at a minimum, as technologically capable and capable of understanding systems as we were 30+ years ago (probably significantly more so, but at a minimum!). I mean, I was a freak but I was reading college-age dinosaur textbooks at 10 myself, and I think adults can underestimate how smart kids are, especially when it comes to things they’re actually interested in.
So if he’s like 8, 9 or older I would say there’s unlikely to be any problem with difficulty in any of these games.
Personally, unless he’s really only into dinosaurs and not animals in general, I’d recommend Planet Zoo, because it’s just really a lovely little game and genuinely Kiril basically described the entire process of basically building a habitat and putting animals in it, in two sentences.
