I’m not familiar with the computer mentioned, however, per safety standards compliance, there cannot be a real power switch on the front of the computer.
Standard ATX cases usually have a number of cables to be plugged into the appropriate headers on the mainboard, like for:
- The power and reset button
- USB ports or devices (such as a USB card reader)
- Headphones and mike jacks
- HD activity / system power LEDs
In some cases, some of the headers can be elsewhere, e.g. if using discrete sound or USB cards.
